How do you remove door panels on a peugeot expert?

Using a screw driver, remove any screws in the door panel as well as removing the clips. Pull the panel gently away from the door frame, remove any wire connectors and pull the panel off the rest of the way.

Firstly fold the top halfs of the seat forward so they are flat down with the back facing up...

On either end there is a t30 at the point where the seat pivots. You can get a small rachet in there no problem.

Once you have removed those you need to go to the place where the two halfs of the seat join in the middle. There is a bolt for each half of the seat.

Then, to fully release the top halfs you need to go further down the back of the seats (almost into the boot compartment) as there is a metal bracket held on by a 13mm.

Once you have done all that the top halfs of the seats are out.

The bottom halfs are pretty easy. You firstly need to remove the plastic centre section, open up the compartment and remove the carpet and there are two 10mm.

There are black plastic clips that hold the bottom half of the seat into place. Imagine you are sitting on the backseat , put you hands between your legs and feel forward over the edge of the seat and underneath to the point where the seat meets the carpet.

You should feel a little black plastic tag in the hinge area which pulls out quite easily.

The rest of the seat just needs a good tug to release it from whatever its clipped into. For Cabriolet begin to stow roof until roof stowage area lid opens. stop roof(DO NOT TURN OFF IGNITION) behind each rear seat you will sea a nut,remove both nuts remove seat back continue roof operation to close lid.

Start by removing the bolt where the door opens, and take out the 2 bolts in the handle. Then remove the 4 screws holding the basket at the door.
