Well, for small marks, I know some professional illustrators scrape the surface of the paper with a sharp razor's edge to remove ink. This is sometimes used because white-out may not match the color of the paper used. I don't have a source to give you, though, sorry.

Try 91% Isopropyl Alcohol on a paper towel. Put a dry paper towel behind the stain, then blot it with the wet paper towel on the other side. Do NOT rub the stain or you might spread it.

just use the milk. write on the paper then let ir dry. When the ink is dry you take a lamp and if you shine light on the paper the ink will become visible
