If its a white shirt, bleach it.
If it a colored shirt, use Clorox.
If its a small stain, use a Clorox magic pen.
apply rin active soap on the effected part and wipe it. If none work, buy a new one. I found that Dawn brand detergent works better than anything elso for removing grease stains.

Rinse the area with hot water to see if that will lessen the appearance of the stain. Then, in the washer, use a stain remover, such as OxyClean, to eliminate the stain.
