I have detailed instructions on my website for how to remove cat urine odor from grout and many other materials using a free homemade recipe. I would answer directly but there are detailed instructions on the website: http://www.remove-cat-urine.com
Spray with bleach. Let it sit for at least 30 min. Mop Up. Will make grout nice and white again too.
You can use Formula 409 by Clorox if you really scrub with it. There are other things you can try like bleach, and even a baking soda paste. You can also try deodorizers such as Febreze.

Get an enzyme based odor remover from a veterinarian's office or a pet supply store, it works just as well on human urine as it does on pet urine.

I have never tried salt. But, the best thing to use to remove the odor of cat urine is white vinegar and water.
Usually any stain removal will remove it whether it's specifically for pet stains or not.
It actually doesn't clean grout. Not unless you're feeding your cat ammonia or bleach, which is not only poisonous but also cruel. The smell of the urine will be deep-rooted into the grout and will encourage the cat (and other animals) to empty their bladders in that spot. Unless you clean it up properly. Cat urine stains grout and makes it smell, which is inviting to do it again. Cat urine does not clean anything, it is full of bacteria. If your "cat" does clean grout, get it to a zoologist immediately, it's probably an alien. Or, maybe someone washed the floor while you were asking these kind of questions?
To re-grout you mosaic tables, simply use tile grout. Be sure to remove the excess grout from the mosaic tiles to preserve the tables beautiful look.
I imagine to would but there are other products on the market that will do the same thing. Nature's Miracle will remove the smell out of the crate. It will also remove stains out of carpet of pet urine.
First try white vinegar and water. If that doesn't work, go to a commercial cleaning supplier. There are products used in public restrooms that remove urine odor from tile. Once you remove the smell, seal the tile grout well. This should keep it from holding an odor.
VERY difficult. -It's easier to paint over it with special grout paint.
