I LOVE pomegranates!!! And yes, I've gotten pomegranate stains on my clothes. What I've done is soak that spot (immediately) in 1/2 c. milk for hours (even over night) and then I spot-wash with regular laundry detergent. Presto! Stain gone. I've noticed, though, that if I rinse the stain (with water) before soaking in milk, the stain will turn purple (and soaking in milk will not work).
so you can clean the stains off your clothes
I have just used oven cleaner, and on the second round of spray and rinse it was as clean as new. Use rubber gloves to protect your hands.

To clean salt stains off nubuck shoes, gently brush off any excess salt using a soft brush. Then, mix a solution of equal parts water and vinegar and wipe the stained areas with a cloth dampened with this mixture. Allow the shoes to air dry and then brush the nubuck to restore its texture.
Wash your hands?!
To remove salt stains from windows, mix equal parts of white vinegar and water and apply the solution to the stains using a clean cloth or sponge. Let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe it off with a clean cloth. Repeat if necessary until the salt stains are removed.
