The rear drum has two screws to hold it on. Remove the two screws. You will also see a third threaded hole with no screw in it. Take one of the screws you removed and thread it into the third hole and tighten it until the drum releases.
Jack up, remove rear wheel, remove emergency brake cable, loosen bleeder valve and bleed as normal.
Remove rear wheels, remove rear drums, the adjusters are located at the 6-oclock position of the backing plate. Adjust as necessary.

if your refering to rear brakes there drums on a 2002 model and the drums come with 2 screws in the drums, you remove them from where they are and put them in the other 2 holes and screw in to loosen the drum.
Remove the wheels, pry the drums off.

on my 91 you take out the two Phillips head screws put them in the other set of holes and as you tighten it will push the drum off
brake drums should pull off if not rusted on.
