relays behind fuse box, remove lower dash panel under steering wheel,relays listed on cover..
There are two relay pannels, one under the right side of the dash (remove the black plastic panel under the dash. the other is the engine compartment on the top of the firewall under the black plastic cover on the passengers side.
Fuses and relays are under the dash.. there's a panel you remove on the passenger side (where a glove compartment would typically be on a truck which had one), and the panel is right there.. there'll be a plastic sheet which you remove to expose the fuses and relays, and that has a diagram on it.

drivers side under dash. the fuse block drops down if u remove the knee bolsters( that's the dash where your legs go to the pedals. there are 2 bolts remove therm and the fuse block lowers and all relays are on top
remove the lowest panel on the dash ( the one under the steering wheel) the relays are under the radio there are 2 one for the blinkers and one for the emergency light.
Are there 2 square relays in a box ? I believe those are your turn signal and hazard flasher relays.
Some are located under the dash on the driver's side of the steering column.
There are multiple relays located throughout the car. There are relays back by the engine (ex. fuel pump), relays under the dash (Door locks) and relays up front (for the headlight motors).
They are in the central junction box. [the fuse box under the dash] But they are integral with the box. You have to remove the fuse box, take it apart, and they are inside, soldered in. If you can solder, you can replace them.
fuses are located on the center rear of the engine compartment. There are also some fuses and relays in the passenger compatment on the left and right front of the dash. You may have to look under the dash and or remove a panal or two to find them.
Remove the small screws that hold it.
