The STI, which is a version of the Subaru Impreza WRX, only comes with manual transmission. The normal Impreza WRX does come in both versions, just not the STI model
The 2015 Subaru WRX has a 6-speed manual.

The manual transmission dipstick on a 2002 Subaru WRX is on the passenger side of the engine bay. It is below the air cleaner.
A 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX with an automatic transmission typically requires about 9 quarts of transmission fluid for a complete fluid change. However, this amount can vary slightly depending on whether you're just draining and refilling or performing a full flush. Always consult the owner's manual or a service guide for the most accurate information.

Sti is 6 speed and has an end ratio of 4.44. Wrx are all 5 speed with an end ratio of 3.90. Sti are all manual, wrx have both automatic and manual.
The oil sending unit on a 2002 wrx subaru is almost under the alternator. I suggest you remove the alternator and it is easier to remove the oil sending unit.
If your dumb enough to buy a automatic Sti you might as well just buy a lancer lol
75W-90 or GL-5, same thing.
