If the passenger side airbag blows, the entire dash pad must be replaced. First the entire center console has to be removed. Next all the lower front dash comes off. There is a main frame sub-assembly that supports the dash. There should be at least three 10mm bolts holding the dash in place, 2 on the right and 1 on the left. The hardest screws to be removed are near the top corner facing into the car. They will have to come out for the dash to release. All wire ties must also be cut. It is very long and labor intensive process. Good Luck

For a 99 tl...in between the drivers side door and dash board there is a panel on the dash. It's not very noticeable but it is there.
Begin by removing the instrument panel cover in your 1997 Acura. Remove the lightbulb, by pushing it in and turning at the same time. Install the new lightbulb in the same manner that you removed it.
To replace the back speakers in a 2006 Acura TL, remove the SRS housing on both sides and the back panel of the speakers. Remove all wiring attached to the speakers and replace.
Underneath the steering wheel/dash. You do not have to remove the fuse cover panel(with drivers door open) because it is on the other side of the same panel. Just look up under the dash, locate the panel, flasher would be on the lower right of that panel.

Screws are hidden behind the door handle. Do not attempt to pull panel off like it's an old car. You will break your panel
you have to pull the radio. once you do that remove the plastic panel. Then you will have to unscrew the clock from the plastic panel. There is a white piece on the back which is the bulb.

To remove the radio remove the mounting screws for the center console. Pull the center console off the 2005 Acura TL. Remove the rest of the mounting screws and pull the radio.
