to remove the door panel, there will be a coupla screws in the door handle on the inside, one or two im pretty sure....

also depending on manual windows or power windows, power windows im not so sure, never dealt with them, but manual windows, i know theres a lil 'U' clip behind the winder, u gotta push the door trim in a lil bit, and use a flat blade screw driver u pop the clip off, but do not lose the clip.

when u've removed the 'U' clip and the screws in the handle, run your fingers in between the trim and the door starting from the bottom and work around to the top on both sides, to release the pop studs in there, then the tri[ should lift up and out of the window.

make sure u have the window DOWN before starting, it makes it a lot easier
