There is a tool you have to buy from an autoparts store, i got it at autozone for $5, its also at checker for $10. It just removes the clip that holds the window crank in.
You take it off as hard as possible. Or, you can pay a professional to do it. You probably can't do that though, because judging by this question you are as poor as a hobo! :P

you have to get the panels and the window regulator. get window switches and wire it all up good. you should be fine. a real pain, but it can be done.
