remove the six lug nuts
P245/60R18 are the size tires needed for a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo. Michelin and Goodyear are great tires for the 2002 Isuzu Rodeo.
I presume it is the same with any other car, remove the wheel nuts and then change the tyre then re fasten the wheel nuts.

check the front u joint they May be in need of replacing....grab the front drive shaft next to the yoke and universal and try to see if it has play if so you need to replace You should have the wheels and tires balanced, check if wheel is not out of round.

move back tires to front and front tires to back
