1.) First remove the window crank by pulling the plastic cover away from the handle exposing the Torx screw. Use a T-20 to remove the Torx screw and take the window crank off.
2,) There are two Phillips Head screws underneath the door handle that need to be removed.
3.) There may or may not be a third Phillips screw on the bottom front or back corner of the panel that will need to be removed also.
4.) Pop the door handle assembly that is all black plastic off the panel and there will be one more Phillips screw holding the panel to the door frame. Remove this also.
5.) Now lift the entire panel straight up about 1/2 inch and pull away from the door and the panel is removed.
If the truck has power windows and mirrors you would begin with removing the bezel around the door handle that holds them in place.I've also included a video that will show you how to do this.
