How do you remove the passenger side door panel on a 1999 Ford Expedition?

I only did the front driver side. But if same....Remove the triangular door trim on top forward corner by pulling out and then up to dislodge the spring clips and plastic Christmas tree connection. See and remove the panal screw. Using a flat scew driver be careful and pry up the molding surrounding window switch plate. See another panal screw and remove. Remove courtesy light cover on lower side of door. Again see panal screw and remove. Also pry up the panal trim around the door handle. Also remove the electrical harness's if any. My mistake was to pull the panal out thinking they were Christmas tree connections. The correct way is to pull the panal upward then outward. Also the courtesy light fixture is 1/4 turn.
