There are four bolts holding the each rear door, two per each hinge. A 9/16 socket will ratchet it loose. One person can do it, but two people is easier. The doors pull straight out. The passenger side rear door has electrical wires that need to be removed first.

very simple there is a plug on the side of the rear end that takes a 3/8 rachet just loosen that plug and remove.
