This is an operation best left to someone who has the appropriate training. Find a good gunsmith. Better yet, contact Browning and ask them if they will do it. You can find yourself in major trouble in a short amount of time if you don't know what you are doing.
The above warning being said, here is how:
1. Look at the part diagram such as this one: http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Browning-33164/Shotguns-35562/BPS-40777/PartsList-35548.htm
The screws are marked part #5 on that diagram.
2. Find the slits: About half inch above and below the label "Browning" at the bottom of the pad, there are two faint outlines of slits.
3. Remove the screws: Insert a Philip flat screw driver in the slit as deep as 3/4 of an inch and turn while pressing. Don't worry about damaging the pad, the rubber self-close after you remove the screw driver. When you feel the screw turned, go to the other slit. Going back and forth between the two slits allow you to remove the screw evenly. Unscrew until the pad is off the stock.
Best left to a gunsmith.
