If you have a spare one just cut the files to it. If you really need it I think eject and inputting it several times might fix if not that last thing will fix formatting issues with cards that need to be formatted to be entered (Must be ejected through My Computer)
If its a psp all u have to do is go to recoverymenu... then go on configurtion go to XMB usb device and change it to memory stick hope it work for yall cause it worked for me
