In the engine compartment on the passinger side, you will see a black plastic housing that holds the fan of the heater. On the top there is a smaller plate that has a plug-in electrical connection. Pull the connector and then remove the 2-3 screws holding the plate. The blower resistance unit is on the bottom side. Usually it's the high speed that goes out while the other speeds work. Cannot be repaired unless you are really good at electronics. Replacement not expensive.
The blower motor relay only operates the high speed function. That relay would be in the fuse/relay center under the hood. Once you have located the relay in the fuse/relay center, simply pull it straight out to replace it.
