Its a very simple. Open the hood- reach in behind the headlight and take out the old bulb. You will have to give the big plastic holder about an eighth of a turn and it will pull right out. Then simply unplug the bulb. It pulls straight out. There is a little tab on it to hold it in place- so you will have to lift it up to pull the old bulb out. When installing the new halogen bulb- do NOT touch the glass of it. The oil in your skin of your hands will stay on the glass and it will burn it out almost immediatly!! Grip it only by the plastic base. Then simply put it back in the headlight- give it a turn to lock it in place and you are good to go.

where is the horn relay on my 1993 Mercury Sable located
On a 1989 Mercury Topaz, the horn fuse is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard. It is usually a 15-amp fuse, but it's always best to check the owner's manual for the specific location and amperage, as there may be variations based on the vehicle's configuration. If the horn is not functioning, inspecting and replacing this fuse is a good first step.
