Replacement of Passenger window motorThis is from a 95 villager. Start by removing the door skin - 4 screws (two under small half inch plugs and two under larger one and a quarter inch plugs)and several Christmas trees hold it in place. The door handle frame will come off or you can slip the door handle through it. The wires for the power locks and the power window need to be unclipped from the harness. Pull the insulation off trying not to tear the plastic too much. The motor has one set of wires that are clipped on the outside using a Christmas tree. Undo the harness and unclip the Christmas tree. If you reach behind the door panel near the top there will be a wire running from the top of the motor that needs to be unclipped as well. Then there are 3 screws holding the motor in place, 4 screws holding the track in place and 2 screws holding the window clips to the track (these are easier to get if the window is in a lowered position). Once you have gotten all those screws out you need to work the big awkward assembly out the little hole in the bottom right hand of the door panel. Reverse process to replace and keep the old motor assembly because you should be able to return it for a small credit. Hope this helps.
