The answer below is litterally out in left field.To answer your question, you will need to drain the radiator into a suitable container. Remove the upper radiator hose at the engine end which is the thermostat housing. Remove the 2 bolts and the housing so that you can remove the thermostat. Clean both surfaces and install the new thermostat and the housing. Reinstall the upper hose and top off the antifreeze. If its the same as the 94 3.4 you have to drop the motor to reach the back bolts. It cost me $700 to have a $15 part replaced. While you have it out you should replace the plugs and tune up as well. As you have to drop the motor to reach the back two plugs
