If Is the V-6 it is under the intake where the the big black tube connects. It should have a black rad hose hooked to it. It is not a big job to change just a weird spot. Make sure to replace gasket and a new rubber seal the goes on the thermostat. I changeg mine in about 45 minutes. But make sure when you purchase the new thermstat there are three pieces, the thermostat the gasket and the rubber seal.
