your going to need an engine lift to do this.

also getting under the car is required. ;)

if you dont want to bother with it ill understand but....else

you need to disconnect wires from the engine. any that would restrict it from moving. break lines, sensors, etc

the wires/cables generally have different size connectors as to not get mixed up. removing spark plug wires is not needed.

unbolt the engine mounts.

and remove anything in the way of the engine yes it needs to be pulled out.

(usually the radiator)

remove any bolts connecting the transmission in place. before pulling out the engine.

after the engine is removed you have plenty of space to remove/replace the transmission.

reverse steps to finish.
