the relay is built inside the motor. might need to replace the motor..could be costly.
Its in a 3rd fuse box in the engine compartment next to the wiper fluid reservoir
if you look under the hood the wiper motor is fastened to the fire wall you will know it is the motor when you follow the wiper pivoting arm which is attached to the wiper motor after installing new motor wiper arms will need to be adjusted they will have to come off anyway prior to removing motor they are connected with one nut on a spline shaft . might sound difficult but really isn't .
