To replace the clock radio display bulb in a Vauxhall Astra you need to remove the rubber piece in front of the radio and take out any screws. Once the screws are removed you should be able to pull out the display, revealing the bulbs, which can then be replaced.

Pop the hood and in the front corners (near the headlights) you will notice a small cable leading to a circular "plug" Turn this about 140 degree's anti-clockwise and you will feel it loosen, slowly work the plug away from the headlight's housing. attached on the inside of this plug will be your Bulb, (for most 03 Astra's you will require a H7 55w Headlight Bulb, However please check your own bulb to confirm this. remove the guards to release the bulb and replace with your new replacement bulb, slowly replace the plug, to a snug fit, and then rotate clockwise until it stops. Job done....
