Question isn't clear. Are you asking how do you replace the bulb -OR- how to remove the entire lens assembly?
To replace a light bulb in the map light on a 1996 Toyota Camry, the lens for the light has to be removed. There are clips at two opposite ends that have to be nudged gently with a flat screwdriver to get the lens cover off.
Unscrew the housing from the sheet metal and remove the bulb socket from the back of the lens housing. Replace the bulb and re-attach.
Unscrew the lens, replace the bulb, and put the lens back on.
You can not, you will have to replace the entire tail light.

To replace the tail light lens on a Ford 500, first, open the trunk and locate the access panel behind the tail light assembly. Remove the screws or clips holding the tail light in place, then gently pull the assembly out. Disconnect the wiring harness, remove the lens by unscrewing it, and replace it with the new lens. Reassemble everything by reconnecting the wiring, securing the tail light, and closing the access panel.
I Figured it out. The dome light lens is hinged on the passenger side so you just pry the driver's side of the lens out and down to replace the bulb. The lens does not come completely like on other models.
To replace the dome light gently squeeze the lens to release the clips and remove. Next release the bulb from its mount. Install the new bulb and replace the lens.
Remove the dome light lens, pull the old bulb out, and replace with new bulb; replace the lens.
I don't think you can replace just cover. Usually you have to get a new tail light.
To replace the dome light bulb first remove the lens. If you gently squeeze the sides of the lens it will come out. Remove the old bulb, put in the new bulb. The lens snaps back in place.
