I have a 1999...so I assume it will be the same. You will need a metric 19 and a TORX socket. There are 2 metric "19" bolts to unscrew. Then you have 2 TORX screws that hold the calipers to undo. The caliper will be stubborn. Just work it to the side and it will release. Now take the dust cap off. Take out the cotter pin and take off the nut. Slide the rotor off, being careful not to drop the wheel bearings on the ground. You should probably replace the bearings as well. Do the reverse to put it back to together.
