I just had a headlight replaced in my 2000 Toyota Rav 4 by Walmart. $9 was the charge to install a $5 headlight.
-- To replace the headlight in a 1994 Toyota Corolla you can do it yourself. There is a difference between the passenger side and the driver side. The driver side you will have to remove the plastic air intake. It is right behind the light. There are two light bulbs. I removed the easier one. One one closest to the center is the high-beam light. That was the wrong one. More likely you need to replace the low-beam bulb. To replace either one, you first remove the electrical connector. There is a tab in the center of the electrical connector which you press to release the plug. Don't force the plug off. Next you twist the plastic holder counter clockwise about a quarter turn. The plastic holder should come out with the bulb. It is a halogen bulb. You need to get an exact replacement. The replacement bulb is 9006. Given the previous comment, I got it at WalMart too. The replacement is the bulb and the plastic holder. And if you remove the bulb and drive the car make sure no dirt gets into the hole. To install the new bulb do the reverse of the removal. Put the new plastic holder a quarter of a turn from where you want it to end-up. Then turn it clockwise until it is locked in. Push the electrical wire to the end of the plastic holder. And you are done.
