When sitting in the front seat, look behind you. If you see two more seats, then it's a 2+2. If not, regular old 2 seater. Look for the alternator under the hood. If its on the driver side, under the AC pump, then you have a non turbo. If its on the passenger side, then you have a turbo.
The fuel filter is located on the passenger side. look under the hood, it should be inline with the strut tower.
I have a 1988 300zx non turbo... and i have a speedometer cable that connects to the transmission as well as the speed sensor that is near the front passenger side of the car.. it is near the vacuum. its a little round thing mounted to the car with 3 wires and a cable coming out of it.
