There will be allot of info on removing the rear calipers (Find the mounting bolts, remove, then remove the calipers, remove the old pads, put in new pads, replace in reverse order) - BUT I have done my 2003 a few times, and there is one important thing to watch for - they built these with a "wonky" "threaded" piston in the caliper that pinches the pads. If you screw around with these, be careful, as they are the means to adjust the caliper piston back for the added meat of the new pads. They only adjust the one way (closed) when you mess with them unknowingly. be sure to have them turned in and open (The big flat "cross hairs" on the piston plunger is for this adjustment) - The car is engineered well, save this one part (emergency cable setup is poor too - seizes up) my 2 cents.
