You have to buy the wheel bearing assembly.
The wheel bearings are not really replaceable by themselves. This is because they are integrated into the hub assembly. So the answer is that you will have to replace the entire hub assembly to replace the bearings.
Front or rear?

If you're trying to replace the rear wheel bearing and all you can find is the rear hub assembly, it probably means that you can't get just the bearing. Many vehicle manufacturers press the bearing into the assembly at the factory and there is no way to replace just the bearing. I assume that it will be like a 1998 Sienna van. There is a sealed bearing in the hub assembly and you change the whole assembly. There are four bolts that hold the hub assembly to the suspension.
If it is 4x4 remove axle from wheel bearing assembly and then remove the wheel bearing assembly. Make sure the tone ring (looks like a ring with teeth) is still attached to the spped sensor side of the bearing, if not, replace wheel bearing assembly with an assembly that comes with the speed sensor. Replacing a speed sensor without a tone ring is pointless because it won't work.

the same way you would replace any hub assembly, take the wheel off, take off any bolts that connect the hub to the driveshaft and then replace it
