Buy the holder and blade $24 at a Nissan Dealer. Remove the plastic cap at the base of the washer arm it just pops off. Remove the 8mm nut and pull the whole assembly off, replace the blade holder and reattach the arm back and tighten 8mm nut. Replace plastic cap and you're done.

I find it very easy to replace the back wiper, first step is to remove the cover of the bolt, a small metal sheet by pushing it upward and the bolt will be exposed the next step is to loosen the bolt and you can pull the arm and there you go. there is no after market for this wiper, only sold by the Nissan Dealers. hope this helps.
