I am not sure what mirror glass you are referring to but the rear view mirror is held on by a small screw that once loosened allows you to slide the mirror off.If you are refering to the side mirror they are normally changed as a complete unit. these units are spring loaded to allow for slight impact without breaking. Some times the springs holding these mirrors break and can be repaired by disassembling the unit and rebending the hook on the springs .To re-engage the springs loop a wire through the hook of the spring and the latch on the mirror and pull to engage the hook. To replace the side mirror Remove interior trim (small triangle piece above door trim} Remove foam insulation Remove three attaching nuts Remove mirror Note to replace mirror in unit as described above the mirror must be removed from the car.
The mirror replacement job will be different from car to car. Do you need only the GLASS itself replaced, or the entire assembly? If the former, there are services here on the internet where you can order a glass-only part for almost every mirror made. I have recently replaced a mirror each in our family Subaru and our Infiniti G20 sedan. Less than $25 each for the part. If you need to replace the whole assembly, it is often necessary to remove at least part of the interior door trim and undo electrical connections (such as power mirror or heated mirror controls). The mechanical aspects of taking off and replacing the mirror are usually simple, once you have access to the three or four mounting bolts. Hint: cruise Ebay for a mirror assembly replacement if you have time. The differences in cost between Ebay offers and dealer prices are large.
Do you mean the tail light assembly, or the bulbs?
Bulbs are easy. I can't speak exactly to the 2002 model, but
on most of them, from inside the trunk, you peel the carpet that
covers the tail lights back, unscrew the bulb holders from the
tail light assemblies, remove the dead bulbs, replace the dead
bulbs, screw the bulb holders back in, reposition the carpet and you're
done.
Tail light assemblies are a little more difficult, but not much.
They too, should be pretty direct.
Holler if you need more help.

You can replace a timing chain on a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire by visiting a local mechanic and having him take care of it for you. This is a tricky part to change yourself.

Where is the fuel idle control valve for a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire
no
The side of the driver's door on my 2002 Pontiac sunfire is a little hard to read, but I believe it says 30 PSI.
The 2002 Pontiac sunfire does not have a cabin filter. The air flows freely either in fresh air or recirculation modes.
I need to know how to remove a rear wheel speed sensor on a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire
I'd suggest picking up a Haynes or Chilton manual for your car and following their directions.
Um... change it into what? FriPilot
