Remove bolt from coolant bottle and set to side to have room to work. bungee cord belt from alternator to ac line, so belt doesn't come off other pulleys. put 3/8 inch ratchet or breaker bar on tensioner & release tension while you slip belt off. Note:The drivebelt routing decal on the radiator shroud to help during drivebelt install * To replace the belt rotate the tensioner pulley clockwise to release belt tension * Remove the belt from the auxiliary components and slowly release the tensioner * Route the new belt over the various pulleys again rotating the tensioner to allow the belt to be installed then release the belt tensioner
There are access holes in the power steering pump pulley which allow the 13mm bolts that fasten the pump to the tensioner plate to be removed. Once these bolts are out the pump can be swung out. This also unblocks one of the tensioner plate bolts-- if replacement of the tensioner plate is necessary.

You don't, they have a tension pulley that does that automatically. If the belt is too loose, the pulley most likely has to be replaced. Thecommi ::: The serpentine belt is held by tention with a automatic belt tensioner. If the serpentine belt is loose, you will most likely have to replace the entire belt tensioner assembly. the assembly comes with a new pully.
You have to remove the belt first, this is easiest with a tensioner tool. Then the nut that holds it to the bracket is on the backside of the tensioner and needs to be done from the bottom.
No you can not. You need to replace the tensioner.
