The Question Is To Vague
Blinker switch defective. This is not always the case. You could have one of many problems. Flasher bad, bad bulb, bad connections.....please check these before you go and replace a blinker switch.
replace the sensor which is usually in the rear diffrential or the transmission case
It has been my experience that when the blinker comes on but the lights don't blink there is one or more bulbs burned out. If that is not the case check the flasher.
By the evaporator case. Under the dash, behind a kick panel that is below the glove compartment.
the bulb for brake and signal lights has two elements. in your case the element for brakes is open and you will have to replace bulb.
Buick regal doesn't have a timing belt. It has an accesory belt and is change between 50,000 to 60,000. In my case i replace the accesory belt when my car was 80,000 milles.
I also have a 92. In my case, it was a clip located on the window itself. I was told I would have to replace the entire window in order to rectify.
If you have the vehicle care booklet that comes with the car it explains the procedure. In short, you push in on the inboard end of the lens, in your case the right side. It will raise the left side enough to carefully slide a screwdriver in to compress the spring catch. The unit can be removed to replace the bulb. Hope this helps.
sounds like the rubber damper is worn on the harmonic balancer. if this is the case you will have to replace the harmonic balancer.

There is a long steel tube that runs from the heater core to the engine. This tube tends to rust through in which case you should replace it. The tube itself is not that expensive, but it's tricky to replace. You'll need to remove the alternator and the dog bone engine mounts. Rock the engine as far forward as possible and replace the tube. Russtech67
OPEN THE TRUNK LID. JUST INSIDE THE LID BEHIND THE LICENSE BULB CASE ARE 2 PHILIP HEAD SCREWS THAT REMOVE THE BACKING PLATE. ONCE YOU REMOVE IT YOU CAN REPLACE BOTH LITTLE BULBS. THEN PUT THE PLATE AND SCREWS BACK IN YOUR READY TO GO.....
