Remove the vacuum hose from the EGR valve. Pull the valve out of the air cleaner housing. Reverse the process to install the new valve.
were is the iac locate on a 1999 mercury mystique
We found the the valve cover had a bad gasket. We had to replace ours and that solved that problem.
Through the schrader valve on the low pressure side.
A 1998 Mercury Mystique , 2.5 liter V6 has : ( 1 timing CHAIN to each cylinder head , so there are 2 timing CHAINS )
left rear of engine behind oil separator
Replace your IAC Valve-No more stalling
on the bottom side of the intake manifold...2 bolts and a quick connect plug...the new one comes with a new gasket...
pcv valve is located under exhaust manifold. Has long metal tube coming out of it. look from drivers side
THERE ISNT ONE THERE IS A PCV VENT LOCATED AT THE REAR OF THE ENGINE
Most PVC valves go in the valve cover of the engine, either in left or right valve cover with vacumn line attached, just pulls out and pushes in for install, usually if pulled out and can shake and rattles its good, if carboned up and does not rattle its bad.
I am assuming you mean for a 1994 Honda Accord 4cylinder......it is the L shaped plug in the middle of the valve cover near the back of the engine. To is a rubber hose connecting the pcv valve to the intake manifold. With a set of pliars squeeze the metal retaing clip and pull the pcv valve out, then pull it out of the engine valve cover. You do not need to screw anything. The install is reverse, hope that helps.
On the firewall behind the intake. PITA to get to or even see for that matter
