The fuel pump is an integrated part with the fuel level sender. If the pump is not working at all, you need to be sure that the fuel tank is not more than 3/4 full. If it is, you need to drain some fuel. The pump is changed by accessing it from underneath the rear seat on the drivers side. You would need to cut into the floor covering. You could easily cut a wiring harness beneath it. This is a long procedure and you need a special tool to unscrew the pump. Unless you're a mechanic type, I would suggest this be done by a shop.
