In order to remove or replace the blower motor on your truck you need to remove the lower half of your dash board,(the glove box mostly). to do that you need to open the glove box and remove all the screws along the top, then the screws along the bottom, their will be screws next to the panel that comes off to access the steering column. After all the screws are removed pull gently on the box because you don't want to ruin the special crap that Crysler designed to help the box stay up on its own. With the box out of the way the blower will be on the right and 5 or 6 hex head screws hold it on, some area pain to get to, but can be removed. Remove the screws and you have access to the blower motor. A Chiltons manuel will help you if you don't understand what I'm saying.
