I successfully pryed off the Grill of the Tweeter a few days ago. I am not sure how to get the tweeter out. I did notice it was angled once I got the grill off. Use a flat screwdriver covered with cloth (so you dont scratch the dash), and there is a clip on the about 5'oclock position for the Lleft speaker and 7 o'clock position for the Right Speaker that you can pry up on to get the grill off. You probably blew the speaker in the door panel anyway.It has much more movement and is more likely to tear on the foam suspension ring. I took off the door panel and using some cloth spray adhesive i reglued the speaker and now it works fine! good luck
