Hi there hope i can be of assistance.
Ok the washer motor itself will be located at the bottom of the washer bottle. You usually need to remove the under-bumper trim, and inner wheel arch trim to expose the motor.
The motor is a simple push fit into the washer bottle.
Once the motor is located, unplug the electrical connector. Have an assistant turn on the ignition then work the wash jet switch. With your meter check for 12v to the motor. Its a really basic system, one live, one earth. Anywhere above 11.3v is acceptable.
If you get 11.3 volts or higher, then the pump has failed.
If you get lower, intermittant, or no voltage, then the fault is likely to be with the stalk switch.
Thanks Bob

Access the pump motor through the front passenger wheel panel
In a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon, the wiper washer motor is typically located near the base of the windshield, often mounted on the driver's side of the vehicle. To access it, you may need to remove the plastic cover or panel that protects the area around the wiper assembly. The motor is connected to the washer fluid reservoir, which is usually situated nearby. If you're having trouble locating it, consulting the vehicle's service manual can provide specific details.
Probably not. The washer pump is usually on or in the washer fluid reservoir.
To replace the blower motor on a 2001 Hyundai XG300, first disconnect the negative battery terminal. Then, remove the lower dashboard panel to access the blower motor, which is located behind the glove compartment. Disconnect the wiring harness and unscrew the motor from its housing. Finally, install the new blower motor, reattach the wiring, and replace the dashboard panel before reconnecting the battery.
It may be that the pump has quit. Have someone get in the vehicle and hit the washer and listen at the bottle for the pump motor to work. If nothing, replace pump motor.
Debris in the hoses or reservoir could cause the motor to overheat. Also, running the pump without fluid could do the same.

Once the reservoir is free, locate the washer motor, disconnect its electrical connector, and unscrew it from the reservoir. Replace it with the new motor, reassemble the reservoir, and reconnect the battery. Test the system to ensure it's functioning properly.
To replace the windshield washer motor on a 2003 Honda Element, first, ensure the vehicle is off and disconnect the battery. Remove the windshield wiper assembly by taking out the necessary screws and lifting it off. Next, access the washer motor located near the reservoir, disconnect the wiring harness, and remove the motor by unscrewing it from the reservoir. Install the new motor by reversing these steps, reconnecting the wiring, and testing the system before reassembling the wiper assembly.
