The water pump on the Quad 4 engine is located on the bottom of the engne, pointing towards the center of the car near the crankshaft pulley. It is driven by the engines timing gear and not a belt. Changing the pump is a very difficult job that you may not want to do in your driveway or garage. The car needs to be up on a rack so you can get some working room. I would recommend you take to a shop and let them have all the fun!!
GOOD LUCK!!
