Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Jack the front passenger side up and take off the passenger front tire.
Underneath on the front you will see two screws that connect the fender to the plastic pan that runs inside the wheel well. Remove those screws and pull the plastic away from the fender and you should be able to bend it out of the way enough to see the washer pump at the bottom of the fluid reservoir.
Disconnect the power plug at the top and the small hose at the bottom of the pump. You should be able to pop the pump out from the little indents that hold it to the reservoir. Now would be a good time to run some clean water through to clean out the reservoir.
Mine came with a new rubber seal for the reservoir so I took the old one out and replaced it.
Put the new pump in place after verifying which connection is positive.
Replace the small rubber hose. If the connection on the new pump is the same as power plug on the car, just plug it in and you should be good to go.
If not, which was my case, the kit came with a red and black lead and some crimp on connectors. The red lead goes to the larger wire, which I believe is blue with a black stripe and the black goes to the smaller wire.
Since you already know which lead from the pump is positive, connect the red to that and the black to the other.
Replace the plastic where it was and put the screws you took out back in.
Replace the tire and don't forget to remove the jack.
Reconnect the battery and enjoy a clean windshield.
