How do you reset a computer on a 2002 Acura TL?

Well if you are talking about reseting the system when the service lite is on, that is easy. sit in the car, put the key in the ignition, on the dash you have 2 buttons for the odometer controls to flip between a and b and to reset..... hold both of them in at the same time, while holding them in, turn the key and start the car, DO NOT LET GO OF THE BUTTONS. You will need to hold them in for approx 10 sec or so, the service engine lite will turn off. This is usually needed to be done when oil changes are done and the facility does not reset the system themselves. If you are talking about the codes, you will need to take the car to a garage that has a codes handheld computer for acuras or order one yourself from PepBoys or the like, and you can clear you own codes (especially useful if you have to pass inspection) but codes will not stay cleared for long.
