To reset a Schwinn bike lock combination you will have to locate the reset lever at the top of the lock. Push and press this lever until it is flat. Enter the combination that you wish to use. Press the reset lever again to set the combination.
Open the lock with the current combination. Now look at the female end of the lock, you'll see a thin c-clip right at the opening. Use a pencil or something similar and turn it as far as it will go. Turn the numbered rings to whatever combination you want. Turn the c-clip back to where it was, and you're done.
Cut it

Without knowing how much money you intend to spend on it the question can't be answered
Buy a combination lock. You can text them the code instead of copying keys. If the combination can be reset you can also change it regularly if you think too many people are using your bike.
buy a new one
Return the open locking cable FIRMLY to its home (on the right). Enter your new chosen combination. Job done.
You either take the bike in to have it scanalized, or it will reset after 50 starts
If the bike is 25cc then it probably does in excess of 100 mpg so the answer would be 1/100th of a gallon. If the bike is a two litre monster like the Triumph then probably around 1/35th of a gallon. Without knowing the size of the motorcycle you cant answer this question.
With the lock apart, turn the exposed metal knob that says ("SET" on it) in the clockwise direction nearly 180 degrees. Set the combination that you want the then turn the knob back.
That would depend on the operators driving record. Also the bike size and year. Its realy hard to say without knowing this information. The age of the driver will factor into this.
You have to use the walkway above the bike place
