This is a tough troubleshooting but my daughter's hp mini 110 bios password's was reset successfully with some help from HP online's support feature.
A step by step procedure to get everything back up and running..I would love to know if this works for you. :)
Push ctrl, alt, and delete then it will show a few options. Click on the one that says Change a password and then you change your password. Simple as that.
The voltage can be changed for a computer in a few ways. The advanced way is through the BIOS. However this is not recommended for an everyday user! You can find a few programs online that will allow you to safely change the voltage and some that is still for advanced users but easier to do. WARNING! Changing the voltage can permanently damage your PC. Most likely cause overheating. You should never change the voltage on a PC unless the goal is to overclock! Overclocking will void computer manufacture's warranties!

The answer to the problem is -40. When you subtract a larger number from a smaller number, the result is a negative number.
No. Network cables have their own voltages, set by the network card. If you network card doesn't go up in smoke, you should not worry whether the computer is plugged into 110 or 220 V. Your computer's power supply takes care of providing the electronic components with appropriate voltages. These voltages are much lower than the 110 or 220V at your home; also, they are DC instead of AC.No. Network cables have their own voltages, set by the network card. Well, it depends on what you want. If you want a netbook~ i reccommend the HP Mini 110 series or the HP Mini 210 series. The 210 series got better reviews than the 110 series, but it is your choice. If you want a laptop, i recommend anything. bi bi now
