In order to reset the time on the Timex Ironman Watch, locate the mode button and press it until the time and date show. Then locate the set button, press and hold until the word time appears and then release the button. Now set the time and press the set button one more time. The time has been reset and complete.

=When You open the back of the watch, there is a sticker covering the battery that reads: AFTER BATTERY INSERTION, SHORT PADS TO RESET. = Right next to the battery hold down screw, there is a round flat pad, short the +side of the battery (the hold down battery screw is +battery power) to the flat pad. The watch can now be programmed for time, date , etc. It worked on mine!
