i have this probleme to, i have a 3G ipod and its jailbroken and i wanted to update it with itunes but he gives an error on itunes, now it is stuck on recovery mode, and he can not restore with itunes
Yes. .... Just restore on iTunes
Make sure your iPod is plugged in. When iTunes recognizes the iPod, go to the iPod menu. There should be a 'restore' button there.
Yes, but it will erase everything on the iPod, including things available only to jailbroken iDevices, such as Cydia, Winterboard, etc. You can then put all NON-jailbroken media back on the iPod by using a backup file of the iPod which is saved on iTunes.
Restoring an iPod should reinstate the warranty to a jailbroken iPod, unless a problem occurs during restoration, then the warranty isn't in effect since you are trying to restore a jailbroken iPod.
yes
yes restore it
Connect your iTouch to your computer and click "Restore iPod" and it will erase everything on your iTouch.
No, but as long as you restore it if it has a problem, then apple can't see that you have jailbroken it.
try doing a total restore with your ipod touch. If its jailbroken, there should be a fix wifi button with the program you used to hack it.
Yes, just restore (or upgrade if a newer version is available) in iTunes. Hope I helped! :)
Yes, you can. There are two ways to do this:Simply upgrade the software. The software reverts any unauthorized modifications of the iPod (the jailbreak) back to the original iPod settings.Do a Restore through iTunes.
