Remove the side panel under the dashboard on the passenger side. You will find a safety module mounted to the sidewall. Remove the safety switch, push the reset button and reinstall. Hope this helps....

Often times, if the airbags were deployed, you will need to replace the inertia switch found on the front bumper, beneath the cover. As to my experience with the module in the pass. kick panel, pushing that button resets the fuel pump...also necessary to do when in an accident. More times than not, there is a hole to slip your finger through to push the button. Removing the kick panel is usually not necessary.

If you live in a town with coal power would you have more blackouts then someone who live in a town with nuclear power?

If the town is solely supplied from one power plant, with no connection to the national grid, then probably the coal plant would be more reliable. Nuclear plants because they have complicated safety shutdown systems sometimes shutdown spuriously and without any prior warning. However that is not a real situation, any town will have a connection to the grid so failure of any one plant would enable power to be drawn from elsewhere.
