How do you retrieve the parts of your ship on Virus Hunter Island?

That is the most complex part of the game, but basically you can only go to the one location at a time where you have a tool.

1) When you leave the hand, the only place to go is back to the stomach, then to the upper left, moving against the grape soda to enter the throat. There you have to float on the bubbles to the mouth to recover your shield (at the gold tooth).

2) The next step is to go back down through the stomach to the intestines, where you recover the laser scalpel by beating a virus boss.

3) From there, you go to the heart, where you fight another virus boss, recover the coagulator, then go back out the same way you came in.

4) Go to the arm, where you have to heal muscle tears as Joe exercises, then fight viruses to recover the Electrobolt. (Distract them with the coagulator.)

5) Go to the brain, where you connect electric paths from the "live" nerve at the left, to shock the virus boss 5 times in different locations. You recover the gravity core and can go to the final stage.

6) Go to the heart, travel all the way through it to the upper right, and enter the lungs. Beating the final boss here ends the quest.
