Hi , if you can't find that small switch on the side then there will be one on the motor !! Its pretty easy , the hard part will be getting to the motor to get to the switch and then theres a reset button , as simple as that ... and don't listen to people who are rude ... especially when there are times when your brains just not functioning at the rate you want it due to stress and other of lifes brumbles , have a great day :)
The fan must be moving "slow" speed to "reverse" the flow using the remote. The fan will then stop, and then reverse. I know this sounds counter-intuitive (I thought I would break something) doing this. Also, if moving "slow" to "reverse", doesn't work for your fan; a Hunter Tech told me to try "medium" or "high".
Check for the "reverse" switch on the unit.
